It's new social engineering trick to fool users, Facebook provides each user with a unique(secret) email address that you can use to set your Facebook status or upload photos via email.
Like that if your friend sends you a URL (https://m.facebook.com/upload.php?email&_rdr) this url takes you to a new page and ask to upload any photo or video, but as you can see its shows your hidden Facebook Email on page, attacker can try to fool you and ask that email, (DONT SHARE IT)
Sending a Email to your Hidden Facebook Email can put a new status on your facebook profile without any authentication.
