Two-Step Authentication help users to secure there accounts, when user log'd into there accounts,
application we'll prompt and ask to enter a secret number, to get that secret number, you'll need to download the Google Authenticator app on your SmartPhone, it generate a new secret number every 30 seconds, all you need to do is open the app on your smartphone, and type in the number it'showing.
If you don't have a smartphone, you can select option 'Use Two Step Authentication via SMS'.
How to Enable Two Step Authentication on Wordpress.Com
Sign-in to Wordpress.com, Click Settings and select Security tab.

Then select your SmartPhone, Download the Google Authenticator from the Google Play Store, after downloading the app click Next.

After downloading the app, tap Begin Setup, and scan the barcode, and type the barcode genrated a new number on your mobile, type that number on Wordpress.com wizard to activate, and click Next
Congratulations, your account is now configured to use Two Step Authentication!
