Govt can record your chat services conversations (Skype)

The new technology makes task easier for the government agencies to record conversations on internet chat services like Skype, 

VoIP services have been difficult to tap into, because of the way they send information over the web, the services convert analog audio signals into digital data packets, which are then sent in a way that is costly and complex of third parties to intercept, THE DAILY MAIL REPORTED.

Dennis Chang, president of VoIP, a chat service similar to Skype, said he allows authorities to identify and monitor suspects  by accessing their username and subscriber data.
